| No favourites for Quique - 07 February 2009 |
Benfica have only won twice away to Porto in the last 32 years and Quique Flores denied that it will have a negative affect on the team.
"The history does not count. Our team is ready to play and the only thing that matters is when the game kicks off tomorrow."
"It will be an intense encounter with teams who have been similar in the league throughout the season. There are no favourites, it's evident that both sides are balanced."
"This game is worth 3 points so it's important as any other game. We know that it also represents a bit more when you play a direct rival, but we cannot consider it as decisive, because there is a long way to go."
The manager guarantees his side will be spirited and competitive on Sunday.
"The team will have a good physical presence because we have been preparing well for this match, and we have boosted our quality from game to game."
"We must not give their attackers space and have to play collectively."
