Enzo Pérez submitted to knee operation - 23 September 2011

Enzo Pérez underwent an arthroscopic surgery and will be out of action for at least 3 months.

The Argentine winger, who joined Benfica from Estudiantes this Summer, has had mixed start to the season where has not been able to hold down a first team place with niggling injuries also getting in his way.

Enzo was operated with success and was given the green light by the doctors to leave the hospital. He is expected to be back in January 2012.
