| Luisão and Katsouranis suspended - 06 January 2008 |
Benfica returned to training this morning after the disappointing loss away to V. Setúbal. Luisão and Katsouranis were absent as they have been suspend until further notice. Both players were subject to unprofessional conduct at each other and were substituted by the manager moments later.
Cristian Rodriguez's injury will be evaluated on Monday and missed the session too, although it is assumed he has a problem on his left thigh. Léo, who failed to recover from his cold, was given orders to work in the gym.
The rest of the players focused on physical exercise at the Caixa Futebol Campus.
