| Training summary - 11 September 2007 |
This morning's training session marked presence with only seventeen members, the other thirteen absentees are due to call-ups to their respective countries and those still recovering from their injuries who did not feature in the training pitch. Léo who got permission to fly to Brazil for personal matters was back in training today.
The first session today, which was open to the public, saw three players with an early exit. Those being Miguel Vítor, Rui Costa and Zoro who colided with a colleague and needed a swift medical assistance.
Luisão, Moreira, David Luíz, Nélson and Mantorras were again absent from training, where Mantorras and Moreira trained under physio supervision.
The next training session is set to begin at 17:00 GMT.
